he calm, radiant and clearly structured start promises a lot of good already in the nose: green nuts are just as enjoyable as peaches or pears on Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the noble togetherness rests on a structure supported by minerality and accentuated acidity. From the typical Opok minerality, many completely new taste aspects arise with the extended range of aromas on the palate.These remain incredibly present in the slightly salty finish, but always orderly and coherent.
