CULINARY
The warmth and charm of the idyllic location away from the hustle and bustle can not only be felt in the restaurant with the wonderful all-round view, but especially in the constantly changing offer of dishes. Gregor prepares delicacies from the Stajerska region not only regionally, but also authentically. The small but fine menu, which is strongly seasonal, is a daily challenge that Gregor faces with great joy and devotion. There are the “memories of our childhood” that inspired the two of them to this special culinary journey. When it comes to wine offer, the wines from their own surrounding vineyards predominate, as do a handpicked number of befriended winegrowers from the region.
